Quote a PCB version at the given quantity for several service tiers at once.
Responds with one quote per requested tier, each with the same shape as the quote returned
by GET /api/v4/quote/pcb/{pcb_id}/{pcb_version}/{quantity}.
Pass part_origins to quote BOM lines as if they were sourced differently, in the same form
as POST /api/v5/pcb/{pcb_id}/{pcb_version}/ready/{quantity}. Nothing is saved to the PCB.
