Get an ingestion workflow's progress and results.

While files are being processed, status is RUNNING and process_percentage rises toward
100. When processing is done, current_stage becomes awaiting_resolution: review the
tasks (each task's result.files lists the files it found or generated, and errors
lists any problems), then accept or reject the results. After that, status becomes
COMPLETED and resolution records the decision.
