Clear (acknowledge) all processing errors for a specific PCB version.
Responds with the errors that remain, which is normally an empty list. To clear only some
errors, use DELETE /api/v3/pcb/{pcb_id}/{pcb_version}/errors/error_tag/{error_tag}.
